Primary responsibilities include recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluating Standardized Patients (SP) and Human Patient Simulators (HPS).

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:
Under supervision of the Group Leader, the Customer Service Technician provides post sales customer support services such as installation, preventative maintenance, customer training, on-line support or technical consultation as required to ensure customer purchased CAE products meet performance and operation standards and customer expectation, thus to achieve or improve customer loyalty to CAE Healthcare.
Clinical Nursing Simulation Lab Specialist

Chamberlain’s sophisticated SIMCARE CENTER facilities closely replicate hospital and clinical settings. The nursing skills laboratories feature high-tech training equipment including patient monitoring, birthing simulators and physical assessment exam tables. Many of our students point to their experience in the SIMCARE CENTER as the first time they felt like a “real nurse.”
Clinical Learning Lab Specialist
Overview:
The Clinical Learning Lab Specialist in partnership with Campus Lab Supervisor, National Manager of Clinical Learning Labs & Simulation, campus deans, clinical coordinators, course coordinators, faculty and staff will assume the following:
Supports all clinical learning lab and simulated patient care learning experiences for Chamberlain campus and web-based students by assisting deans, assistant deans, program/course coordinators, faculty, and students with appropriate resources to successfully complete evidence-based learning opportunities in simulated patient care environment
